About Me

Hi! Glad you are here. My name is Stephanie Sulman and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington and Oregon. I have a telehealth-only practice where I work with teens, young adults, and adults.  I love working with neurodivergent folks (especially self and late-diagnosed Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD), queer folks, those with OCD, childhood trauma, family-of-origin issues (including adult children of emotionally immature parents), religious trauma, health anxiety/OCD, political anxiety, anxious attachment styles, codependency,  perfectionism and burnout.

 

 In my free time, you can find me reading, hiking, crocheting, sewing, exploring the PNW, or hanging out with my three pets.
